Absolutely want to renew!  Love being part of this incredible group of women and even if I am not on every day, I always look at what’s going on.

I've found that WTL encapsulates that energy in a very unique and community focused way. I know I feel more excited about going to in person events and conferences, knowing we have this magical core group of awesome women very likely also there with us!

First of all, thanks Jennine, Catherine and Solange for a fabulous retreat. Renee -- you are a great hostess and your property is really special.   I wanted to share something that happened. At our mastermind, I made it a goal to hire someone else by April and mentioned that every time I invest in hiring someone, the money seems to come in. Today, at a meeting with a client, they informed me that they are taking over management of another property and building another two, and want us to add them to our portfolio.

Thank you all ladies (and two gents) for a fantastic retreat! It was very special to witness and experienced it happening. Thank you Catherine, Solange and Jennine for putting this together, holding space and sharing and Renee for welcoming us to your home. Such a beautiful place you take care of. I'm back at home filled with gratitude and awe.

I was deeply inspired by participating in the Women in Travel Leadership (WTL) gathering at the 2023 ATWS Hokkaido event. Learning from the achievements of women around the world through WTL members has inspired me to promote opportunities for women in my small island community. I believe these insights can contribute significantly to advancing spaces where local women can thrive and make a difference.

It's a fantastic tight knit community of top level owners and top level decision makers in the travel industry. We have been in deep support of one another, and have been exchanging ideas, referrals, business development and media opportunities. 

It's truly been an incredible journey with WTL - it's an amazing organization with some really high level members. 

I appreciate this community and all the work you and Jennine have put into it, you are creating something simply spectacular and I look forward to continuing to grow with you.

It was connecting with you and meeting other people like you, friendly and supportive and just gives off the inspiring vibe, at the event hosted by WTL in Panama that made me decide to join. And now that i’m in, boy, I can’t believe I didn’t join sooner. I’m only scratching the surface of WTL, so can’t wait to be more involved, be more inspired, and get to know more WTL members in 2025.
